Lijun specialises in dispute resolution and contentious regulatory matters. Her practice encompasses a wide spectrum of matters from corporate and commercial to banking, fraud, employment, trust, energy and international sales.
Lijun is qualified to practice in both Singapore and the UK. She acts as counsel in international arbitration proceedings (including under SIAC, ICC, LCIA and UNCITRAL rules) for various parties in commercial, infrastructure, oil and gas and construction disputes. She has also appeared before all levels of the Singapore courts, and is experienced in managing and coordinating complex litigation.
Lijun also has experience conducting and coordinating corporate and internal investigations throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
