Benjamin Hughes is an independent arbitrator with Fountain Court Chambers in Singapore, a member of the SIAC Court of Arbitration, adjunct professor at Singapore National University Law School, and a member of the Investment Committees of Omni Bridgeway. He also serves on the editorial boards of the Asian International Arbitration Journal, the Korea Arbitration Review and the Journal of Korean Law.
Professor Hughes has been appointed as arbitrator in over 150 international arbitrations across a broad range of commercial disputes and industries with several billion dollars in dispute.
